Who we are
Sustinplas Europe is a consulting company with offices based in Germany (Frankfurt) which main purpose is to develop the business of our customers considering the demand of recycled plastics, the business environment and taking advantage of the curent incentives et the future environmental plastic regulations in Europe.
Our initial focus is to advise medium size companies to take advantage of the plastic industry regulations, adapt their product, technology, market focus, supply chain and to build strategic alliances. We are building on a very long professional experience as well as the most UpToDate academic knowledge in the field of sustainability technology. We believe that our expertise can be useful to our client to develop their business successfully and take advantage of the disruptive evolution of the European plastic industry.

Founder
Pierre Juan brings over 30 years of executive experience in technology, sales, and marketing leadership roles within five of the world’s largest chemical suppliers (LYB, Dow chemical, BASF, Ineos, LG Chem) and most recently as senior innovation manager at kp for packaging films.
In the past five years, Pierre has worked as an internal consultant for Ineos-Styrolution and LG Chem Europe, playing a pivotal role in crafting innovation strategies to address sustainability goals and align with EU regulations i.e. PPWR; ELV; WEEE. His expertise encompasses a broad range of plastic families, including PP, PE, ABS, PA and bio-based plastics, as well as diverse industries such as packaging, automotive, appliances, and construction.

Dr. Min Wang brings over 11 years of expertise in circular plastic economy and sustainable plastic product development. She combines deep technical and business development skills in traditional mechanical recycling, dissolution recycling and chemical recycling of waste plastics as well as bioplastics.
For the past eight years, she has collaborated with global leaders in the chemical industry to drive innovation and circular business growth (LYB Solvent Recycling GmbH, i.e. former APK AG, Neste Corporation, Covestro). Her expertise encompasses commodity plastics, engineering plastics, and high-performance plastics as well as raw materials for applications across a range of industries such as packaging, automotive, electrical and electronics.

Amine Guettara brings a high-performance blend of technical polymer engineering and strategic business development and sales , with a career forged at industry leaders LyondellBasell and LG Chem Europe. As a Master of Science in Polymer & Materials Technology , he specializes in bridging the gap between advanced material science and market-ready industrial applications across the EMEA region.
Amine’s expertise focuses on navigating industry transitions toward E-Mobility and circular economy ecosystems. His technical and commercial proficiency encompasses a wide range of materials including commodity & Engineering Plastics in Virgin and sustainable versions, serving the automotive, E&E and packaging industries. He provides Sustinplast clients with deep insights into material substitution, business development & sales and the implementation of sustainable solutions to meet carbon-reduction and regulatory mandates
